Delphi (2009) Error expanding variables in library path?

I just upgraded to Finalbuilder 7 (7.0.0.787) from using the latest version 6 (Which I am going back to rigth after this post - hopefully temporarily).

It gives me:

Error creating cfg file.

--> Error expanding variables in library Path : Variable : Everwood - does not exist! (I am using reobjects)

This has been working without a hitch in version 6 - What gives?

In the FinalBuilder Options, go to Compilers, Embarcadero Delphi, Check the checkbox that says “Use Rad Studio 2009 Environment Variables at startup”, save the options and then restart FinalBuilder.
