In a varable field, press F2 to get to Edit FieldSelect some text to copyPress Ctrl+Insert (shortcut for copy)Instead a variable gets pasted in!
(ah, I see now, Insert inserts the currently selected variable…but it’s so bizarre if you press Ctrl+Insert…)
Same goes for Shift+Insert (paste)

You know, I never knew about that feature of Windows… Fixed for the next test build…

Yeah, those shortcuts have been around a very, very long time. I think even from the Edit program in MS DOS 5.0 (or was it 6). Shift-Del is Cut btw.
I probably still use them because I use the dvorak layout, and ctrl+c,v,x don’t make a lot of sense.

Yeah, they’re my favorite ones too and been using them for about 15 years (learnt them in the good old days of OS/2)
I find they’re much easier to type when you’re touchtyping (ie. two hand on the keyboard…)

Oh while you’re at it, Ctrl+A doesn’t work in that window.
