As noted previously, "select all" only selects all the nodes at the current level of indentation. Odd, but not normally a problem. However, I've found it's a real pain when you're trying to set a property on every node: for example, the "Log to variable" property. You have to try and find a node at each level of indentation, ctrl+a, set the property...etc etc.
Just thought I'd mention it. Perhaps there's a workaround?
