Create Zip File - hidden files

Hi all,

I was wondering if the "Create Zip File" action has support for creating hidden files. For some reason, it is not zipping up a required hidden file of ours. The file itself is a blank, empty .dat file, so maybe this has something to do with it... in any case, just checking to see if this is suppossed to work (I'm assuming it does). Here are my options that I've chosen when creating the action:

Relative Paths

Add Directory Entries on Recurse

Fail if any File Does Not Exist

Log Files Added/Removed

Oh BTW, I also explicitely tried adding the file in the "Files" tab, but it failed saying it couldn't find the file... but it does clearly exist. It adds all of the other thousand non-hidden filed w/o issue.

Any suggestions/ideas?

Hi Chris,

It looks like by default the library we’re using to create the zip archives does not include hidden files. We’ll have a new build available soon which will have this option exposed.

I’ll let you know as soon as it’s available.
