Continua Service cannot be contacted

I have setup a single project and not much under it, and then started exploring the other menus in the software

I don't really know how It happened but I ended up on the following message.

The Continua service cannot be contacted

  • Ensure that the Continua Server service is running
  • Check the Event Log for any application errors for Continua

    • Sure enough the service is stopped, I have several events in my log, I believe all of them related to continua in one way or another.

    Have export the log for the last several events and appended it to this message.

    The main issue here was the server crashing which we’re is now handled, with the next release you should see what’s causing the problem (in the event log) and Continua will continue to work. The other issue I can see in your stack trace is the svn password problem. When you edit a repository, it automatically nulls out the password so when you save that repository it saves a blank password. To get around that problem for now, re-enter your repositories’ password every time you edit a repository. We’re working on a fix for that now.
