Continua CI - v1.9.2.1106 Released

Hi All,

A new version of Continua CI has been released and is available from Continua CI Downloads. The latest stable version of Continua is 1.9.2.1106.

Changes in v1.9.2.1106

  • Feature: Added a Newman Run action for running Postman collections to test API calls.

  • Deprecation: HipChat and Stride are no longer supported platforms. The notification publishers for these will therefore be removed in a later release and are now marked as deprecated throughout the application.

  • Update: Build cleanup rules now allow reports to be cleaned up separately to other workspace files.
  • Update: Saving changes to the repository URL and other identifying properties which require the repository to be recreated now respond significantly faster.
  • Update: When editing the repository URL, a new option is displayed to skip the creation of a new repository if the new URL points to the same repository.
  • Update: The Report Generator action has been updated to work with latest versions of the command line.
  • Update: Command arguments are now included when masking text in the log output which matches sensitive variables, i.e. when the server property Logging.MaskTextMatchingSecureVariableValues is true.
  • Update: Improvement to server startup to ensure that all database connection errors are caught early, retried and displayed.
  • Update: Added new property collectors for dotnet runtime v6.0.14, v6.0.15, v6.0.16, v7.0.3, v7.0.4, v7.0.5, v8.0.0-preview.1, 8.0.0-preview.2 and 8.0.0-preview.3; and sdk v6.0.406, v6.0.407, v6.0.408, v7.0.201, v7.0.202, v7.0.203, v8.0.100-preview.1, 8.0.100-preview.2 and 8.0.100-preview.3
  • Update: Upgraded bundled PostgreSQL version to version 15.2

  • Fix: Issue with repository synchronisation between agent and server when using SSH transport is used and there is a space in the name of the workspace folder.
  • Fix: Threading issue where SSH credentials could be deleted before running the repository cache synchronisation.
  • Fix: Issue where automatic workspace synchronisation of reports was not working when using SSH transport between agent and server.
  • Fix: Corrected cross-thread session usage which could causing a long running database transaction.
  • Fix: Issue where triggers and build event handlers are disabled after recreating a repository with changed identity.
  • Fix: Connection failures for Mercurial repositories when using SSH URLs.
  • Fix: Issue where Report Generator action would require property collector when automatically installed using NuGet.

  • Updates to some third party packages.

Note: You will need to update your agents after upgrading the server to this build.
