When I run the Configuration Wizard in FB Pro 6.3.0.1855, the wizard runs just fine, but doesn't actually save the changes made with the wizrd. After making some changes via the wizard, then restarting FB, the changes made are not saved. If you make the changes via the Package Manager, the changes stick.
