Is there a log that indicates who changed configuration or a stage and what was the change ?

Unfortunately not. There is a ‘core_activity’ table in the database for this purpose but it currently only lists when configurations and projects are created or deleted. You can also subscribe to notifications for the ‘configuration updated’ and ‘project updated’ events but there is currently no information available about what changed and who changed it.
This is definitely something that we would like to improve on in the future.
