Clearcase Update Snapshot View Problem

I've been using the Clearcase Update Snapshot View action since it was released. I have always used the overwrite files option for dealing with hijacked files. I am now trying to use this action so that it does not overwrite hijacked files. When I select the 'no overwrite' option I am getting this error: at runtime

Command Line: update -force -nooverwrite
cleartool: Error: Unrecognized option "-nooverwrite"
Usage: update -graphical [pname ...]
update [-print] [-force] [-overwrite | -noverwrite | -rename]
[-ctime | -ptime] [-log pname] [pname ...]
update -add_loadrules [-print] [-force] [-overwrite | -noverwrite | -rename]
[-ctime | -ptime] [-log pname] pname [...]
Action Failed

Can you tell me why this is happening?

Looks like a bug, the option should be -noverwrite , looks like the action is specifying -nooverwrite , we’ll get this fixed today.

You're going to have to work on your response time. This took a whole 6 minutes to resolve.

Thank-you

Hi Larry,

A test build with the fix is now available (just over six hours… we’re slipping ;).):
