Case sensitive match fails with latest patch, 6.3.0.1816

i have a final builder project which started failing with the latest update. It appears that the case insensitivity is always being applied to the text find/replace action.

Project showing the error is attached. My project was unchanged before the patch so I'm pretty sure this was just introduced.

I just verified that the project i posted does work correctly with the earlier 6.3.0.1712 version. Something is definitely busted in the new version.
