Can't open file with umlauts in name from Recent Projects list

Repro:
1) Create a new FinalBuilder project with the following name "Änderung". Please note the first letter is an umlaut.
2) Restart FinalBuilder
3) On the "Recent Projects" list click on "Änderung"
 
Observed:
Error message: "Unabled to load project. Error: Error loading project : File : C:\build%C3%84nderung.fbp7 - does not exist!
 
Expected:
No error message. The file should open.
