Can FB project be plain XML, instead of zipped/structured storage?

We use both finalbuilder and automize. We keep our FB and AT projects in version control (of course!).

A problem we have is that we can't diff the projects, so we can't keep track of what is changing.

Can FB and AT save their projects as straight XML ?

Yes, when you save a project you can choose fbp6 (uncompressed xml) or fbz6 (compressed xml). You can also choose the default format in the options dialog.
