Build script with all actions disabled never stops

Hello,

I'm trying to find out a source of another problem (error reports on sucessful builds). During several attempts I found another problem:

  1. Create empty build project.
  2. Add Action group
  3. Uncheck "enabled" checkbox for the project
  4. Add project to FB Server
  5. Press "Start Running" in web browser.

Status changes to "running"

It does not stop in expected period.

Usually, we don't use empty projects
