Bug with multiple fileset/copy actions

when we create a fileset and then use the fileset copy and then copy those two actions and change everything in them we get very strange behavior.

the cloned actions execute but the original ones don't seem to work fully.  The fileset seems to catch all the files, but the copy just doens't copy anything.  It doesn't seem to matter if we turn the refresh fileset option on or off.

Thanks Allen - I’ve put in a fix for the next build which will create a “Copy of” for the new FileSet when it’s pasted.
