32-bit Continua Server Installer

64-bit Continua Server Installer

Mostly minor bug fixes and more Installer improvements. 

Please keep the feedback coming.. Also please tell use which OS version and whether it's 32 or 64bit, there are a lot of differences in the installer code for the various OS versions.
