Auto run command with ESE

Does the auto run command ( /r ) work with the Embarcadero Special Edition?  I know that the command I'm using works with the full version, I tested it on the build box with our full version of FB.  But I want to set up an auto run desktop shortcut for the developers, so it also needs to work with the special edition.  

The shortcut looks like this:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\FinalBuilder 7 EE\FinalBuilder7.exe" /r /e /f C:\TIP\Dev71\DEV\QA\Buildall.fbp7

No, the Embarcadero Edition does not allow this.
