[Bug] Replace buton not active

Hello,

When I change a path in source parameter (Subversion checkout) using URL List builder, "Replace" button is grayed out when I change a letter from lower to uppercase. It seems that comparison of old and new value is case insensitive.

Since subversion servers are case sensitive I think it would be good that "Replace" button should be enabled.
