Question.
I have a shared drive that in the root, has several project folders.
How would I create a script to iterate through each root folder, 7Zip that folder, then copy to a different directory. There may be subdirectories within the project, but I am only concerned from the root level.
Example:
I'd like to see a Project1.7z, Project2.7z and Project3.7z

Hi Lance,
Thanks for your post. I've attached a simple project which shows how to do this. It uses the Folder Iterator along with the 7Zip action, and a Set Variable action to determine the archive name.
To use it in your own project, either change the variables to hard-coded paths, or set default values for the variables and disable the Prompt for Variables action.
