I've got a new installation of 2066 Server on 2008 R2 against our corporate SQL cluster. Looks like the schema has been created (there are 70 tables), but I am getting the service unavailable page saying to check that the service is running and to check the event log.
The ContinuaCI service is running and has been restarted and there is nothing in the event log.
What can I try now?
Updated to 2096, but same thing happening.
Hi Sean, it is hard to tell why your service cannot be contacted when you attempt to run Continua. We will need some more information so that we can track down the issue that you are facing. To start with can you send us your Continua debug logs? To generate debug logs you will need to enable debugging which is outlined in our Continua wiki troubleshooting page. Hi Dave - once I enabled the logging I could see what the problem was. The problem was that the service did not have write rights to the Continua share, which I have now fixed.
