Agent offline after Windows Update

We use the current Version of Continua CI.
Server and Agent are on diffrent VMs.

First we update the Continua CI Server (64bit) and Windows Updates.
After that we update the Continua Agent (32bit) and Windows Updates.
And now the Continua Server cant see the Agent…
The Continua-Server-Agent-List shows the new version of the Agent, but
the Agent is offline…

What can we do?

We haven’t seen any problems with agents with all Windows Updates installed. Please try the following steps to troubleshoot:

1. Check that the agent service is running under the Services management console. If not, try starting the service. 
3. Check that the ports haven’t changed in the installation. Compare the value of continua-configuration\endpoints\port  in Continua.Server.Service.exe.config with continua-configuration\endpoints\serverPort  in Continua.Agent.Service.exe.config
3. Check the event log on the agent server for errors. 

Let us know the results of these checks. To help us diagnose the problem quick, and especially If there no errors in the event log, then please enable debug logging on both the server and the agent, restart each service and send us the debug log after running for at least 5 minutes. 

Also let us know the operating system versions on both the server and the agent, the database platform  used and details of free CPU / RAM and disk space on each server.

Hi,

we think its was not a problem of the Windows-Update. It was a problem
of using IPv6. After switching to IPv4 it works. The latest Windows-Updates
change something close to ipv6. The Continua server gets the current Version
of the Agent, but Status was offline.
Can you do some tests with ipv6?
