# Vista + ALT key

Oh, and while I’m here, one more bug report - on Vista, pressing one of the ALT keys in dialogs makes all TButton and TCheckbox controls disappear. See: [http://qc.codegear.com/wc/qcmain.aspx?d=37403](http://qc.codegear.com/wc/qcmain.aspx?d=37403)  
  
Can be moderately annoying, since you need that key to enter a path/backslash on German keyboard layouts.

Hi Micheal  
  
This is something that Vista broke with delphi applications. We are waiting for our upgrades to delphi 2007 to arrive as this bug us supposedly (haven’t confirmed it yet) fixed in delphi 2007. I expect we will need a few weeks to get it compiling and qa’d with the new compiler.
