# V7 Delphi Build - Resource compiler

When using Delphi XE2 the project options in the Delphi IDE includes choise of how to handle Runtime Themes (Project Options -\> Application -\> Runtime Themes).
Available options:
- None
- Enable runtime themes
- Use custom manifest
In FB7 I have not succeeded in locating this setting.
I know that the **Resource Compiler** page int the Build Delphi action includes a Manifest section, but it seems to lack support for the **Enable runtime themes** setting.
Am I missing something?

**Include Manifest File in Resources** : C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\9.0\bin\default\_app.manifest
will have the same effect as **Enable runtime themes**.
