I have created a project called “My Company”. I only gave the MyCompany group access as build contributor. I also have a MyCompany\_Public for people that contribute to public projects of My Company.

Below is an overview of my settings:

\* Project has build contributor rights to the MyCompany group
\* Public configurations have tweaked rights where MyCompany\_public have build contributor rights

Every time a user clicks on any public configuration, they still get this error:

You have been redirected to the homepage as you are not logged in or your session has timed out. The page you tried to access requires the following permission ‘View Projects’.

Hi Geert thank you for reporting this. Could I please get you to take a screenshot of the two groups permissions (as well as the config specific tweaks please), and email [support@finalbuilder.com](mailto:support@finalbuilder.com)

We are investigating further to resolve the underlying issue. In the meantime could you please try to add ‘Project View’ permissions for the MyCompany\_Public group for the Projects in question (which should resolve the immediate issue).

 Thanks again.
