# Start / Stop / Restart Website (IIS 7) not working as expected

Hello,

I'm trying to use the Start / Stop /Restart Website (IIS 7) Action to stop and then start a website in IIS 7 as part of a deploy, and it is not working as expected. &nbsp;In the Credentials section, I have selected Provide the credentials to the IIS server. &nbsp;Under the Username box, it says Leave blank to use the credentials of the logged in user, but when I leave it blank, I get the following error:

&nbsp;Could not Stop website. Access denied&nbsp;

If I put in the credentials of the exact same user that is currently logged in and run the action, it works. &nbsp;Is this not working correctly, or is my understanding of how it is supposed to work wrong?

 The action wasn’t working correctly, I’ve checked in a fix and will let you know when a new build is available.
