The VSS "Label File(s)" action does not, in fact, result in a label being applied unless there are files that match the mask at that level of the project hierarchy. This is not equivalent to the behavior of VSS when using it interactively: The label is applied at the specifed project (no filemask required) and recurses into all subprojects. Is there a way for FB4 to do this?

I believe the vss command line tool (which is what we call) only supports doing this if you don’t specify a file spec.
