# SFTP Wait For File

Folks –  
  
I see that there is an “FTP Wait for File” action.  
  
Is there an “SFTP Wait for File” action? &nbsp;I don’t see one on the Palette.  
  
Has anyone written such a think?  
  
Is there any way to get the FTP action to work with an SFTP connection?

Hi Nick,   
  
 At present this is a bit of a mismatch between all the protocol of ftp (sftp, ftps, ftp). Our next set of goals is make the actions more consistent and look to cover the gaps between them. At present I don’t have any E.T.A. to offer you, however this is on our list of actions to review.
