# SFTP password visible

Hi there.  
  
The SFTP action has a password field.&nbsp;This value is well hidden inside the application. But anyone clever enough would open the .fbp6 file in notepad&nbsp;and find the password written in clear text.  
  
Could this be encrypted ? This is mainly for security issue.

The fix is working thank you.  
  
Note to all&nbsp;:&nbsp;To convert existing projet to the new "encrypted" version, you must not simply resave the projet but you also need to reenter the password in the SFTP&nbsp;Connect action.

Sorry, I should mentioned that unless you going into the properties of the action, then hit OK nothing will change. This is so the action stays backwards compatible with existing project files.
