# .Net Framework 3.0 Support

FinalBuilder 5.0.0.219

OS: WindowsXP SP2 and Win2k3 SP1

I need to support compiling .Net 3.0 projects using MSBuild. I installed the .Net 3.0 SDK and Framework distributable.

Afterwards, opening Finalbuilder, I expected to see v3.0 listed within the MSBuild task under SDK Version as well as under Tools...Options....Net Tools...Microsoft .Net SDK. However, only v2.0, v1.1, and v1.0 are listed.

Anything else special I need to do to get FinalBuilder to recognize the .Net Framework 3.0 is installed?

Hi Jeff   
  
 The .NET 3.0 SDK is basically just a bunch of assemblies, it doesn’t install any tools, it needs v2.0 for the clr, framework and tools. Select v2.0 for any tools you need to run against 3.0 applications.
