# Naming of for-each-iteration

Hi all,
I have a small nice-to-have feature. It would be nice if I can have the iteration-value of a for-each-loop-action in every iteration on the log. Currently the iterations are called only ‘Iteration #1’, ‘Iteration #2’ … . And there is no place where i can see the actual iterator-value (except the possibility to add a Log-Entry-Action).
And the way which I would love more would be to have a field in the for-each-action where I can configure the naming of these iterations (e.g. 'Iteration #%IterationCounter% - %IterationValue%).

Hi Albrecht,
We like this idea. Unfortunately, it would involve a significant amount of work to restructure the log database to implement this, so we will add this to the to-do list for now and look into implementing this as part for a planned re-work of the build log.
