Using build 642, Windows 7 64-bit. I have a desktop icon which runs FBCMD to build a project. It stopped on a missing source file error, so I opened FB7 IDE to fix it, forgetting to close the CMD window. When I came to save the project, a pop-up told me that the project file was locked, so I cancelled, closed the CMD window, then did the save again. Result: all project variables had disappeared from the project. Luckily I was able to restore from a copy of the project file and only had to repeat the minor fix to correct a pathname.

Hi Tim

Hmmm… not good. I’ll try to reproduce it and see what we can do about it, thanks for providing the steps.
