# IIS 6 anonymous access

Hello humans,
I am automating the creation of IIS web applications and require that they have ‘anonymous access’ enabled as part of their configuration. Unfortunately this property is not configurable using the FB _Create Website (IIS 6)_ action. My only other choice was to use FB actions to edit the IIS Metabase.xml, this worked **but** not instantly. Because changes to IIS are cached and then updated into the Metabase.xml later on, the xml edit actions I configured won’t work until the update has been made, which can take quite some time.
I need a suggestion for how I can either -
1. Create IIS websites with ‘anonymous access’ enabled
2. Set ‘anonymous access’ to true by default for all newly created websites.
Thoughts?

I have updated FinalBuilder allow the setting of the Authentication methods for the WebSite when created for IIS 6. You can find the updated installer located here.
