Hi,
How do I get the current date in the easiest way.
I want to create a new folder. This folder shall be named with the current date, e.g. “archive 20060908” or “archive 2006 09 08”…
How can I do this with FinalBuilder?

okay found it out.
Get Date/Time action -\> put it in TEMP variable -\> Create directory action
F:\test\Archive\Archive %TEMP%

glad you worked it out.
just noticed your’re using the TEMP variable - generally this is not a good idea because it’s a System Environment variable which is actually used to store the TEMP directory location for Windows and changing it can cause all sorts of weird and wonderful problems…
