# Fix TLBImp fails (only on FB cmdline)

Hi

I'm using FB v5.5.0.348&nbsp;and have incorporated an action to fix a VB6 COM reference in a .Net 2005 (C#) project. This works perfectly when I run the FB gui and the&nbsp;C# project file is correctly updated&nbsp;, but running exactly the same FB project from the command line consistently fails with the message:

_Unable to locate reference in project file!_

I was actually running FB as a CruiseControl task and that was failing, so I tried&nbsp;FB directly from the command line myself giving the same result.
