# FinalBuilder 8 Professional Parallel Build Issue - NexusDB Log Export Failure

I’m experiencing a critical NexusDB error when exporting HTML build logs in a parallel build process using FinalBuilder 8 Professional. Below are the details:

**Issue Description**  
1.Error Occurrence  
**Fails at [Publish HTML Log] action when exporting to:**  
**D:\BuildAgent\WorkSpace\TubePro\_x64trunk\_Win64\_output\buildlog.html**

2.Full error  
**NexusDB: : Query execution failed:**  
**invalid segment number (0) [$3C84/15492]**

3.Environment

- FinalBuilder Version: 8.0.0.3127
- Feature: Logging in parallel build flows
- Reproducibility: 10 occurrences in ~200 builds over past 3 days

4.Attempted Solutions

- Verified NexusDB file permissions
- Temporarily switched to text logs (works but HTML required)

**Support Request**  
1.Is there a known patch for this NexusDB issue?  
2.What is the recommended resolution protocol for this class of errors?  
3.Are there optimized best practices for logging in parallel build environments?

Hi

I already replied to your support email.

I wasn’t able to reproduce the error here. This suggests the log file is corrupted - I can only suggest your delete or rename the fbl8 file (while the project is closed) and let FinalBuilder create a new log file.
