# Feature to Remove Un-referenced Variables

I often copy an existing project to become the basis of a new project (it may have error emailing routines etc.), if would be nice to be able to click a button under the variable window to remove any defined variables that are not used in the current project…

You can do that already, from the project menu, “Removed Unused Variables”. We’ll look at adding that to the variables window.
