I am evaluting Automise as a tool for deployment in order to comply with SOX "separation of duties" requirements. Is there a way to export the project log into a sql database? The developer is not allowed to modify or open that log prior to a copy being stored for auditing purposes so it needs to be automated in some fashion. Also, it there a way to tell who actually scheduled a project?(also an auditing requirement)

Hi Eric

Unfortunately there is no way to directly export the Automise log to a database.

However it would be possible to use Automise actions to export the log to an Xml file and then write the data from this file to a database (using a combination of the xml and database actions). I don't know if this would be of any use to you.

Regards,

Steve

Thanks Stephan, I think that might work.
