# Error Exporting Log:

I am trying to save a log file to our server, and was successful the first two times, and now am getting an error:  
  
**Error Exporting Log : Access violation at address 7498FF54 in module ‘msxml3.dll’. Read of address 00000000**  
  
Rebooting does not help, neither did trying to upgrade to the latest SP for msxml3.dll  
  
As a note, I am also using a persistent variable with a timestamp to make a unique file name each time. Saving as HTML with the default style.  
  
Any suggestions on how to get this action working again?

Can you send us the entire stack trace to support at finalbuilder dot com please. also, your project file and log file might also help us diagnose this too.
