# E-mail stopped working since moving to Exchange

We recently moved to an Exchange email server and have other 3rd party apps working, but cannot figure out how to get FB to send an e-mail.&nbsp;

Any hints?

That depends on the settings on your exchange server. Is smtp enabled, does it require TLS/SSL? What actually happens when you try to send email from FinalBuilder?
