# ContinuaCI webapp is running but without bitmap

Hi,  
I installed Continua CI (server and agent) under W7 32bit. FYI, .NET Framework 4, IIS and ASP.NET are successully checked by installer (green checkmarks in Prerequisites).  
"ContinuaCISSHD" and "ContinuaCIPostgreSQL" services are started but "ContinuaCI" and "ContinuaCIAgent" services are not started. They are also not present in list of Windows services ! So I installed "ContinuaCI" and "ContinuaCIAgent" services on the&nbsp;command line...  
Now, ContinuaCI webapp is running correctly but the images don't appear. Is it a problem of relative path...? (FYI, all files is here "...\VSoft Technologies\ContinuaCI\Web\Content\Images\")  
If the images are not found, what about all other&nbsp;files in "...\VSoft Technologies\ContinuaCI\Web\xxxxxx\".

Are there any entries in the windows eventlog? The fact that the services are not listed suggests something went wrong during the install. Try uninstalling, and then run the installer from the command line, with /LOG=“c:\temp\installlog.txt” . Once the installer is done, send the log file to support @ [finalbuilder.com](http://finalbuilder.com)
