# Continua CI

&nbsp;Hi, the agents don’t get to access my server, error: "Failed to connect to the required application service, received error ‘Não havia um ponto extremidade em escuta em net.pipe://localhost/ContinuaCI/IAgentRegistrationService capaz de aceitar a mensagem. Em geral isso é causado por um endereço ou ação de SOAP incorreta. Consulte innerException, se presente para obter mais detalhes.’. Please make sure that the machine is online and that the port has been excluded in any firewall configurations. ".&nbsp;  
Does anyone know what it is?

Is the server service running? The fact that the error is reporting about named pipes suggests its the agent running in the same machine as the server (it will use named pipes instead of tcp/ip as it’s faster). For remote agents, you do need to open some firewall ports :
