# Clearcase Update Snapshot View Problem

I've been using the Clearcase Update Snapshot View action since it was released. I have always used the overwrite files option for dealing with hijacked files. I am now trying to use this action so that it does not overwrite hijacked files. When I select the 'no overwrite' option I am getting this error: at runtime

Command Line: update -force -nooverwrite  
cleartool: Error: Unrecognized option "-nooverwrite"  
Usage: update -graphical [pname ...]  
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; update [-print] [-force] [-overwrite | -noverwrite | -rename]  
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; [-ctime | -ptime] [-log pname] [pname ...]  
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; update -add\_loadrules [-print] [-force] [-overwrite | -noverwrite | -rename]  
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; [-ctime | -ptime] [-log pname] pname [...]  
Action Failed

Can you tell me why this is happening?

Looks like a bug, the option should be -noverwrite , looks like the action is specifying -nooverwrite , we’ll get this fixed today.
