# Cannot install license Key

I am tring to get up and running. When I click on the license key I get:
Cannot import FB200-001-00703.key-not all data was succesfulkly written to the register. Some keys are oprn by the system or some other process.
I have no other process running. Any suggestions?

Joseph - it looks like there might be some kind of permissions problem (or possibly a corrupt registry?)
Open the key file in notepad, and you will see the registry path and value that needs to be inserted - open Regedit and try to enter these values manually and see if that works. If it’s some kind of permission problem, try logging on as an administrator.

Needed ADMIN privs.
However, after installing the key, I continue to get a message stating that my 30-day trial has expired…

Two possibilities here I think - 1. make sure the user you are logged in as has read permission to that registry key, and 2. If it’s a 64bit system then you have to put it under the Wow64 registry path too.
