Build Responsibly

Whether it’s a configuration, compilation, testing or any other error that breaks your build, to maintain agile development, it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. In FinalBuilder Server, team members can claim responsibility for fixing a build, or a team leader can assign responsibility for the fix. This simple feature provides an effective mechanism for expediting build fixes.

Comments can also be included when build responsibility is accepted or assigned.

Responsibility Notifications

To keep your team up-to-date about the plans for fixing builds, FinalBuilder Server also provides an email notification that is sent when responsibility for fixing a broken build is changed. This notification includes variables to optionally provide information about the team member who has responsibility for fixing the build and the comment left when this user accepted or was assigned responsibility for the build.
