FinalBuilder Aggregator |
|
|
FBAggregator.ps1 is a PowerShell 2.0 script that will aggregate latest build results from multiple FinalBuilder Servers. It provides status and links
back to each server and build logs.
It accomplishes this by reading the RSS feeds from multiple FinalBuilder servers and outputs the results in a single HTML file.

Twitter Direct Message Action |
|
|
A simple action package based on the provided .NET sample actions to send a direct message through the twitter api. Uses the twitterizer .NET interface to the twitter api (http://code.google.com/p/twitterizer/).
Full source code and deployable package included. Just copy the included .dll files to \Program Files\FinalBuilder 6\ActionDefs\Assemblies\2.0 and the FBTwitter.fbapx to \Program Files\FinalBuilder 6\ActionDefs and you'll find a new twitter action in the Misc category.
For running the action you just have to provide your twitter user credentials, the recipient's user name and the message to be sent. This enables you to send private messages to twitter accounts after a successful build or in case of errors.
Feel free to modify the source i.e. to send automatic update tweets.

PDF Properties (Automise 3) |
|
|
** Note: This version is designed to run on Automise 3, see previous post for AT2 version **
Use this plugin to extract various pieces of meta-data from PDF documents
(title, author, keywords, creation dates etc). All values are read-only.
Adobe Acrobat Reader is a requirement.
Extract the pdfProperties.zip file into your Automise 3\ActionDefs folder
(pdfProperties.pkg should be in the ActionDefs folder and
Dogpaddle.pdfProperties.dll & Interop.PDFSHELLSERVERLib.dll should be in the
ActionDefs\Assemblies\2.0 folder).
Note: As PDF Keywords are held as a delimited string, I chose to return that
complete string instead of parsing them out (i.e. the delimiter might change).
Use the List Iterator action with a List Seperator set as a comma (,) to walk
through all the keywords (I use the keywords field to hold value pairs such
as "color=blue").
Good luck ;)

Visual Localize Scripting |
|
|
The localization action let you automatise Visual Localize 7 as far as they provide it with script files. It is very basic but less error thrown.
Example script:
reload "%XFolder%\Language\Ewp-English-German.prj" "%XFolder%\Software\EasyWarePro\bin\Release"
